Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order is confirmed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping location and availability of carriers.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate, as Roma is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this information to track your shipment as it makes its way to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Roma is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation; however, no refunds or replacements will be issued for lost or stolen packages.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Roma is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
Roma is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as these will be needed for the process.

We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and SF Express, depending on your location and the availability of each carrier at the time of shipment. Our goal is to deliver your goods in the fastest and most secure way possible.
Shipping Delays
Please allow 1-3 business days for your purchases to be shipped. During sale periods, this may take a little longer. While we strive to deliver your orders promptly, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other logistical issues may cause shipping delays.
