Refund and Return Policy for Roma

Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in the original packaging. Items purchased new with tags must have the tags still attached, and the item must be in unworn condition.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our standards. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

We reserve the right to approve or deny refunds based on a careful inspection of the item. If your refund is rejected, we will provide a detailed explanation for the decision.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item you received is defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@romacollect.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include details and pictures of the issue. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.

Damages Not Covered by Roma
Roma is not responsible for damages caused by shipment carriers or manufacturing defects from the original manufacturer. In such cases, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. All return and exchange requests are subject to our inspection, and we reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet our criteria.
